Our Focus on Education
Claiming success as an agricultural professional today is as much about information as it is dirt and diesel. By any measure, farmers are knowledgeable businessmen and women on par with any other successful professional in corporate America.

As such, our customers need and deserve state-of-the-art information. A clear explanation of  the product development process. An inside look at quality standards. Exposure to emerging products, technologies and techniques, and more.

We deliberately devote a tremendous amount of time and resources to create a culture of learning via our BioFuture Experience, Ag Leadership Series, and popular travel programs. All of these initiatives push information – not products. And fun is always on the agenda.

In turn, our sales professionals need to be highly knowledgeable to provide the best product positioning advice. We require a high level of product knowledge from our sales staff, and ask they spend whatever time it takes to learn our customer's needs, interests and concerns.

No sales pitches allowed. Our
events focus on emerging products,
technologies, techniques and fun.
