Our Team of Seed Professionals
Review the employee rosters of Channel, Crow’s, Midwest Seed Genetics and NC+, and you’ll recognize some of the most respected names in the seed industry. We choose our team carefully, one person at a time. In addition to being good seedsmen or women, they must embody the qualities of a good friend: honest, open, family-focused, personable and proud of their chosen profession.

Most of us share childhood memories of hot days baling hay, the dusty rows of a bean field, or cool early mornings feeding cattle. Many are still engaged in farming or have relatives who farm. Our rural connections keep us tuned in to what’s important in agriculture – and keep us humble.

And everyone – from the most senior leaders to our newest hire – works under the principles of good seedsmanship as educators, seed specialists, and valued advisors for our customers. Not order takers. Not bureaucrats trapped in a corporate cubicle.
